Our history

Laurel View Country Club

1969-2010’s

Laurel View Country Club, now The Vue, opened in 1969 in Hamden, Connecticut. Our 6,924-yard, par-72 championship golf course was designed by Geoffrey S. Cornish.

The Vue

2020-today: a new vue

In 2021, The Vue underwent a multi-million dollar interior and exterior renovation and rebrand. With a new clubhouse facility and venue, the Vue is now a destination for golfing, weddings and events, fine dining and more. Our outdoor and patio renovation, driving range and wine bar will be completed 2025.
